Dynapro Pumps Centrifugal Vertical Pumps consist of Vertical Turbine Pumps (VTP, API 610 VS1), Vertical Mixed Flow Pumps and Axial Flow Pumps (VAF, API 610 VS3), Vertical Sump Pumps (SSP, API 610 VS4), Vertical Can Pumps (VTC, API 610 VS6), Vertical Turbine Submersible Pumps (VIS), and Vertical Axial Submersible Pumps (VAS) cover the widest ranges of capacity.
The pumps are wet pit, vertically suspended, single or multistage, vertical turbine or diffuser type, mixed flow, and axial flow type, single casing or double casing process pumps, with single or double suction first stage impeller to accommodate limited NPSH margin issue and shorten pump length.
It has the broadest performance range in the pumping applications. They can be used for high-pressure processes, condensate extraction, cooling circulation, water/seawater intake, pipeline, gas processing, cryogenic services, N2 liquid transfer, etc…; from oil and gas, refineries, petrochemicals, chemicals, fertilizers, power generation, mining, pulp & paper, general industries, and related services.
All API 610 materials are available as standard to match your applications; from S-5, S-6, S-7, S-8, C-6, A-7, A-8, D-1, D-2, LTCS (Low Temperature Carbon Steel for Cryogenic Services) and specialty or higher grades are also available, plus NACE compliant materials. Standard Documentation, Testing and NDT packs are offered. Alternatively the packages can be tailored to fit customer exact requirements.
