Power End Frames

• Gray cast iron one piece construction for added strength and durability
• Double extended Jackshaft design allows for left-hand or right-hand drive and easy conversion
• Double-row-spherical roller bearings carry eccentric.

Crankshafts

• Nodular iron material
• Designed for use with single tapper bearings and with cylindrical roller bearing for eccentric gear.

Eccentric Gear

• Double helical gear fitted on eccentric and jackshaft
• Nodular iron material.

Crossheads

• Gray cast iron material of construction
• Polished stainless steel crosshead stubs for long seal life
• Double sealed crosshead stub seals to prevent oil loss and oil contamination
• Replaceable bronze crosshead slides.

Connecting Rods

• Nodular iron material
• Dual roller bearing design.

Lubrications

• Full splash with oil pump to feed lubrication to all moving parts, keeping the oil constantly circulated and cooled
• Oil sight gauge allows quick convenient observation of power end oil level when running or idle.

Liquid End Cylinders

• Nodular iron material
• Wing type valves with nodular iron material, seats of steel
• Liner material is of hardened steel
• Piston rod is of hardened steel, ground grinding finished
• Piston is from rubber with strong fiber back.
