BFI Series are API 610 type BB5, multistage, barrel or double casing pumps for high pressure applications.

The pumps meet API 610 requirement, latest edition. The pumps are horizontal arrangement, between bearings, single or double suction first stage impeller, radial split, centerline-mounted, top/top or top/side nozzles orientation.  First stage impellers are with NPSH design. Rotors are axially balanced with balance drum or back to back or opposed impeller design.  Pump bearings are with hydrodynamic or anti-friction type. Mechanical seals meet API 682, latest edition.

BFI Series of pumps have the broadest performance ranges in the industries with the widest range of capacity. They can be used for heavy-duty pipeline, water injection, boiler feed water, process charge; from oil and gas, refineries, petrochemicals, chemicals, fertilizers, power generation, mining, pulp & paper, general industries, and related services.

All API 610 materials are available as standard to match your applications; from S-5, S-6, S-7, S-8, C-6, A-7, A-8, D-1, D-2, and specialty or higher grades are also available, plus NACE compliant materials. Standard Documentation, Testing and NDT packs are offered. Alternatively the packages can be tailored to fit customer exact requirements.
